Comfort Inn Matthews / Charlotte

Loved the way our suite with brilliant bed was.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Matthews. The hotel was well appointed and the food was outstanding. The whole room was stocked and coolwith microwave, a completely remodeled bathroom and a king bed. Its location was unbeatable and the staff were knowledgeable people from Chet the manager. Local fast food option Firehouse Subs was 5 minutes walk away.

It was clean and the staff were attentive, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I loved the stay.

Booked a room with all amenities.

The hotel was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, although I was disappointed by the outdated decor and limited breakfast options. The staff were polite, but some were not very accommodating. It served its purpose, but it could use some updates to impress.

Quiet, clean bathroom, large rooms. Cleaning staff was quick and friendly. Wish breakfast would be alot longer. Hotel surrounded by shopping plaza so you could walk outside the hotel and be close to everything.

Pool was closed. When we first walked in the hotel had a bad smell to it. The elevator almost closed my body in between the doors. So you better move quickly! Shoulders hurted for 2 days.

The location with Charlotte is very good.

The breakfast room was very small. It is a little bit difficult to find the hotel because the signage is missing.

total disaster with mold!

When we got in, I noticed a musty smell. Then I found black mold on the pillows! No sleep for us. Allergies hit hard, and we had to bail early. Staff was nice but couldn't help much. Plus, the attached restaurant was kinda noisy. Def wouldn't recommend this place.

It was clean and the room was big lots of space for the price.

The room was hot. I blasted the a/c but it was still very hot in the room.

The room was clean comfortable and quiet.

A lot of people hanging around outside the hotel drinking or smoking. Many of them did not seem to be guests. Had no problems with anyone though, just seemed odd.

The King Room was spacious and cozy. I loved the clean and neat atmosphere throughout.

Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent.

Wifi never worked over 3day stay for ant of us. Desk acknowledged they had an issue, but that did not address the problem.

We liked that we were so close to restaurants and stores.

The refrigerator in the room was not working properly.

The breakfast options were excellent, but there was a strange smell in the hallway.

The location was convient... Plenty of shopping stores & restaurants. Our room was clean. Staff was pleasant & helpful.
